🧾 What is a Direct Debit Payment?
A direct debit payment is an automatic charge to your credit or debit card that ensures your tuition fees are paid on time without worrying about due dates.
This service is free and offers benefits such as ensuring your payments are always on time and avoiding late fees.
🛠️ How to Set Up a Recurring Payment? - Access the Recurring Payments Section
→ From the main menu, select the "Recurring Payments" option.
- Choose the Payment to Enroll
→ View the available recurring payment options and select the tuition or fee you want to enroll.
- Enter Your Card Details
→ Fill in the payment information and confirm.
✅ All Set! Your recurring payment has been successfully set up, and payments will be charged automatically. You can review them in your payment history
📋 View and Manage Your Active Recurring Payments Once set up, you can review the details of your active recurring payments, including:
- Duration: The period during which payments will be made.
- Amount: The exact charge that will be processed automatically.
- Cancellation Options: You can cancel your recurring payment at any time.
Tuition payments set up for automatic billing are processed 7 days before the due date to ensure timely payment.
- 7 Days Before Due Date: The payment process begins.
- First 3 Days: Automatic charge attempts are made.
- 4 Days Before Due Date: If the automatic charge fails, you can manually complete the payment.
- Due Date: If no payment is made, the recurring payment is automatically canceled.
⚙️ Cancel a Recurring Payment Puedes cancelar una domiciliación en cualquier momento desde el portal de pagos. Hay dos formas principales de hacerlo:
Por decisión del usuario:
- Accede a tu cuenta: Entra en el portal de pagos Cometa.
- Selecciona la Domiciliación: Encuentra la domiciliación que deseas cancelar.
- Cancela la Domiciliación: Sigue los pasos para dar de baja el pago automático.
Cancellation Due to Price Change - Notificación: Si el colegio cambia el precio de la colegiatura, se te notificará por correo electrónico.
- Cancelación Automática: La domiciliación se cancelará automáticamente si hay un cambio de precio.
